A master planned, mixed use development encompassing 800 acres at all four corners of Highway 380 and Preston Road in Prosper, Texas. The project includes retail, restaurant, office and multifamily uses. The first phase of the development consists of approximately 500,000 square feet of retail space anchored by a Wal-Mart store.
